This family of four was native to erode district, where both daughter’s did their schoolings with good score. Parents were running a small grocery store in their village. Because of the loans and the interest, they were in huge debt and got into a situation to sell their only own house. By empty handed they moved to Coimbatore where both daughters joined college, only source of income was from the Father who work as sales man in a sweet stall and earning Rs400 on daily work basis. They were staying in a small house, where the rent is Rs.3000 per month.
Without knowing that educational loans are not available for B.Sc (IS), our beneficiary has taken an expensive course in a college. With the help of neighbours she managed to get through the course, she is now at final year wand waiting for someone to help her with last semester fees.
After many levels of revieweing, Aalayam approves the financial assistance to complete her course.
